Q: How many students will be accepted into the class?
Courses are based on 1-to-1 which ensures our students fully understands the topics covered in the entire course. However, we do allow students to attend course with a buddy - course hours will therefore be extended to ensure comprehensive understanding. Just inform us during registration.

Workshops are conducted with a minimum of 2pax. However, workshop are conducted differently from 1-to-1 courses. Kindly enquire with us on the current status of workshop.

Q: Where are your Workshops & Courses held?
All workshops & courses will be held at Sophistique Nails which is a home-based salon located at Bukit Panjang unless specified.

Q: If your location is not convenient for me, can we arrange for you to come over instead?
Yes, house-call workshops & courses can be arranged. Transport surcharge is applicable for workshop less than 10pax.

 
You can also create your own workshop! Pick & choose the topics you like to be covered according to your interest! - pls email us.

Q: Why is the duration for each course so short? What if i still can't comprehend the course after the hours given ends?
The hours are dedicated strictly to teaching & hands-on only. Unlike commercial schools, self-practice hours are not built-into the course hours as we encourage students to go back home to practise without spending more precious time & money.

We are dedicated to impart clear and precise knowledge to all our students, ensuring each student fully understand each module throughout the course. Students are encouraged to practice at home to test their understanding of what had been taught in class.

On a case-to-case basis, we allow extensions of course duration up to a maximum of 2 hours. Any further extension of course training hours requested by student, will be charged at S$30-$50/hr.

 
Breakdown of course duration between teaching & hands-on varies between each students. ie. Quick-learning students, will have more hands-on practice during class.


We have value-added after sales service after you completed the course. We will be available for free consultation on the topics 1 month after course completion.

Q: How are the schedule like for the courses?
Schedule and timing are flexible subjected to all parties' convenience.

Q: How about the duration of each session? Is it flexible as well?
Each session's duration are fixed at a minimum of 2hrs to maximum of 4hrs subjected to the availability & schedule of teacher(s).

Q: What will be included in the course? Do i need to get my own materials?
Basic materials/tools & theory notes will be provided during class. We will inform students beforehand what are the tools (ie. acrylic brush) they'll need to get.

An in-house CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION will be issued after course completion and receipt of full payment.

Q: Can I pay my fees by installments?
Yes. Installments plans are available only on a case-to-case basis. Please enquire with us.

Q: If I wish to organize a corporate, group or party nail workshop, is it possible?
Yes, we can plan & propose a workshop for you & your colleagues/friends with light refreshments & goodies bags. Pls email us.


Q: How do i sign up for a workshop or course?

For 1-to-1 courses, a S$10 deposit is required upon class confirmation (date of class arranged). This deposit will be offset from your total course fee.


For Workshop, full payment is required by registration closing date in order to confirm your seat as our workshops are of a 1st come 1st serve basis and there will be a limited number of seats per workshop.
